My beautiful sister with her birthday cake. She outshines the cake, don't you think? :)

I am a big fan of the cake decorating shows on the food network and I've yet to see a cake that is so adorable. You are very talented.

I actually didn't have to destroy the tower. Since the fondant dried hard, I took the tower off the cake, and made a small base for it out of more fondant. It now is sitting on my sister's dresser, and is perfectly fine.

Oh, and it's pretty amazing that you should wish her a happy birthday, since today actually happens to be her birthday. :omfg:

WOW. :wow: You have some amazing cakes in your gallery, but this one really "takes the cake", if you'll excuse the pun. I still can't get over the fact that it's ALL edible. And the level of detail on the tower ... and the ivy climbing up the cake ... it's all so beautiful. Makes me want to run to my local bakery, get a slice of cake, and eat it while watching Tangled, lol.

Thanks so much! I had the most fun with this cake out of all of them. I love doing little detailed stuff like that. What is even cooler, is that since fondant dries hard over time, I was able to remove the tower from the cake and make a small base for it. It now sits on my sister's dresser.
